Always an excellent meal here. Probably the best wonton noodle soup anywhere. Comes in either regular soup or a cloudy bone broth. So good you'll want to drink the entire bowl. Also known for its fresh seafood. Dimsim for lunch. Freshly prepared. Everything else is also superb. Can't recommend this place enough. And also very good service
I love this restaurant. It satisfies all my canto-food cravings and more! We stopped by for dinner and it was so delicious. We ordered the lobster rice again (you must get this! Served with 2 whole lobsters and stick rice), eggplant with chicken, water spinach and beef with vermicelli noodles. All cooked to canto-style perfection. The service was excellent, all servers were attentive and quick. And also parking is easy, there is street parking! And on Sundays northern blvd is free. I also purchased frozen wontons to-go! I literally crave their wontons during the week!
Came here for a family dinner. The lamb meat taste good. Soft and juicy. The lobster is great with little salty flavour. Crab on noodle is fresh and delicious. Noodles are great. Like the fish, mussels, spinach, and pork belly. Dishes were served fast. Service was helpful. Tables and chairs were well organized.
Great service and food! Authentic Cantonese foods with good portion and great service also. The place is clean and spacious. We ordered beef chowfun with gravy sauce, twin lobsters with sticky rice as well sauted clams. They were all excellent.
We dropped by for a quick snack but were super pleased by both of the dishes we got, so will definitely be coming back for a full meal. Of course, we got the wonton soup which was delicious. I believe they scale the number of wontons based on the number of people (and also the price, lol) so no need to order more than one unless you really want a lot of wontons. The soup itself was flavorful and the wontons were superb - they definitely deserve to call themselves Golden Wonton King :) We also ordered the salt & pepper fried squid which was also very good. The dish was clearly freshly fried and the squid pieces were extremely crispy. Make sure you ask for a side of chili oil to just add a bit of spice.
Best deal in flushing for cantonese lunch special!!! $10 for lunch!!! Tax not included extensive menu from veggies, pork, seafood, beef and chicken. Comes with rice and soup. Done takeout and sit in. Quality is the same for both. I would come again definitely. Service was fast for pick up. Lots of locals dining in. That's a good indicator of the value this place has!
Another visit, another delicious Cantonrse style family restaurant meal. Ordered the lobster with sticky rice and beef chow fun. Lobster any style here is only $34.99. The sticky rice will add another $15 but worth it. The beef chow fun dish portions is huge and only 15.99. Service here is always great. Will be back for more!
Very competent Cantonese seafood/dimsum place in Flushing / Northern Blvd. Had the usual: clam black bean sauce, sautéed beef scallion, snow pea shoots. But the lobster over sticky rice special, was really really good. Compared to other places, the rice was crunchy and full of interesting ingredients. Not steamed sticky, but more like fried rice with crispy bits. Per my Cantonese friend, this is the painintheass way of making this special rice. 2 pound lobster fried mixed in. About 50, total worth it. Place is growing on me.
